Jennifer Conner moved from Manhattan to the UK in 1997 when Sotheby’s auction house transferred her from their New York office to become Senior VP & Head of Marketing for Europe. After a decade in this role, Jennifer went on to serve for five years as Managing Director of the prestigious Lisson Gallery, prior to becoming COO of Karla Otto, an international luxury marketing communications agency. Jennifer joined the After Nyne Creative Services Group in 2017. Her expertise spans all luxury markets; primarily arts & fashion.
Toby is a specialist in arts communication, leading numerous global campaigns across traditional, digital and social media. As Deputy Director of Sotheby’s Press Office, he has managed campaigns for some of the most high-profile auctions in recent history, including the sales of the personal collections of David Bowie and Mario Testino. Prior to joining Sotheby’s, Toby worked as a writer and editor at the The Art Newspaper, covering all aspects of the art world and reporting from major fairs and biennales across the world. With a masters degree in Contemporary Art Theory from Goldsmiths College, London, Toby has a specialist knowledge of Modern and contemporary art, which was further developed in his first professional role as a member of the curatorial team at London’s Hayward Gallery. This broad range of experience – in both the public and private sectors – have given Toby a deep understanding of the art eco-system alongside an exceptional network of contacts across the media, the market and the world’s museums.
Leila Jones & Meg Lawrence
After having spent much of their careers in stage and production at such prestigious institutions as the Donmar Warehouse, the Roundhouse, and Spring Studios, Leila Jones and Meg Lawrence took their passion for theatre and decided to transition it into the development of world-class events. They are specialists at creating inspiring and unpredictable experiences in the worlds of art, fashion and film; and have collaborated with some of the most influential individuals and companies in these industries. From conception through to production, management, and the sourcing of some astonishing theatrical talent (Frida Kahlo serving tequila shots?!), at the heart of what they do lies great communication and extraordinary creativity.

Sam, Alex and George are our specialist video production team. Experts in creating video content that tells captivating stories and engages audiences, they will manage the entire process from creative to post-production, including animation, live broadcast and VFX as required. As a team, they collaborate closely with each client to translate corporate objectives into video concept; carefully but deliberately blurring the line between marketing and branded entertainment.
During her decade long stint as Design Director at Sotheby’s auction house, Sunita Glover gained unparalleled experience in the Art & Design sector, working across all categories of the arts. Sunita went on to found Orchid Design, working with such luxury brands as DeBeers, Cartier, and Swarovski; and developing a wide-ranging series of upmarket catalogues, books, branded marketing materials and packaging components. Sunita has unrivalled knowledge of paper, binding, and printing processes. Her design, printing & marketing skills have helped multitudes of clients plan and create beautiful materials, optimising budgets at varying levels.

Originally from London, Henrietta has over 10 years of experience working with a multitude of fashion, lifestyle and corporate companies across brand, creative and digital strategy. Having worked for such notable companies as Fred Perry and Topshop, Henrietta joined the NY based creative and digital agency, Alldayeveryday as Senior Strategist, before moving to Karla Otto to set up and head the US arm of their digital / marketing department. Henrietta’s focus is working with brands on bespoke strategic thinking, creative vision, overall brand relevancy and special projects. Her career goal is simply to work on meaningful creative projects that allow brands to connect to their audience on a human level.
Film & Community Projects
Tim Dindjer is an RTS award-winning producer/director, creatively steering multi-media projects from concept to evaluation. He has a wealth of experience in commissioning, developing, directing and producing digital and multichannel formats that reach diverse audiences, in a bold, imaginative way. His career spans more than a decade of in-house production at the BBC, as well as large-scale experiential events and projects in the third sector, in conjunction with multiple partners. Previous clients include Historic Royal Palaces, Jo Sarsby Management Tours, Natural History Museum, Save the Children and Creative Skillset. Tim is one of the pioneers of the new Open Platform Events at Wellcome Collection and is a Fellow of the RSA.
